Earn a commission when people you refer buy — paid to your Mobile Money once their orders are delivered and collected. First, a few details and the ground rules.

The ground rules — please read

  • No claims that a product cures, treats, heals, prevents or diagnoses any disease.
  • Never name a disease or medical condition in connection with a product.
  • No "doctor-approved", "clinically proven", or medical-authority framing.
  • No before/after medical imagery or testimonials of medical recovery.
  • Always use wellness-support language, and use the approved captions and creatives.
  • Always disclose that you earn a commission when you promote (material-connection disclosure).

HERBIVR AFFILIATE AGREEMENT (DRAFT — pending legal review)

You promote Herbivr's registered herbal wellness products in exchange for
a commission on sales you refer. In accepting this agreement you agree:

1. PROHIBITED CLAIMS. You will make no claim that any product cures, treats,
   heals, prevents or diagnoses a disease; you will not name a disease; you
   will not use medical-authority or before/after medical framing. You will
   use wellness-support language and the approved marketing assets.

2. DISCLOSURE. You will disclose your material connection (that you earn a
   commission) whenever you promote.

3. COMMISSION. Commission is earned only on delivered orders for which cash
   was actually collected, less any refunds or returns, and is paid net of
   withholding tax with a certificate issued to you.

4. TERMINATION. Herbivr may suspend or terminate your participation
   immediately for any prohibited claim or fraud, and forfeit unpaid
   commission, without notice.
